Introducing treatments specifically developed for those experiencing the discomfort of common side effects associated with Radium, Chemotherapy and Cancer Related Surgery, as well as our new Sensory Sensitive Treatment.
Touch Therapy is endorsed by the Irish Massage Therapist’s Association and complementary therapies are recommended by the Irish Cancer Society.
During Touch Therapy we will use an FDA approved and clinically recognised skincare product range.
The treatments are delivered by our caring and skilled spa therapists who have been trained by Christine Clinton, a gifted oncology massage therapist and educator in the spa industry.

Touch Therapy
Chemo Comfort Therapy – 60 minutes – €135
Designed with the side effects of chemotherapy in mind, Lindi Skin Products will be used to cleanse, soothe and hydrate both face and body. Your therapist will pay particular attention to any excessive dryness to your hands and feet. Hair loss and brittle nails will also be attended to. Your therapist may also include a light massage to alleviate any muscle aches or soreness.
Radium Relief Therapy – 60 minutes – €135
This is an extra-gentle therapy using hydro gels with healing aloe vera and soothing balms containing extract of turmeric with anti-inflammatory properties. Your therapist may also include a light massage to help relieve pain and any muscle aches or soreness.
Life after Cancer
Cancer treatment can have both short and long term side effects and certain physical or emotional symptoms may still affect you. If you are in remission or a cancer survivor enjoy any of our spa treatments but please inform us so that we can ensure that you are still in safe hands under the care of one of our Touch Therapy Trained Therapists.

Sensory Sensitive
Sensory Sensitive Treatment – 75 minutes (15 min consultation incl.)
This is a full body massage treatment with the benefits of choosing to add or eliminate some sensory aspects to aid emotional regulation and the feelings of calm and safety. Our skilled therapists are trained in specialised techniques that prioritise sensitivity and comfort, adapting pressure and movements to your preferences. Our aim is to provide adults living with neurological differences a truly safe and calm experience.

Calm Environment: Enjoy a serene space with muted lighting and soft acoustic sounds, eliminating harsh noises and bright lights.
Scented Sense: We offer a selection of gentle, natural scents to choose from, allowing you to select non-scented products that evoke calmness and relaxation without overwhelming your senses.
Gentle Touch: Ground Wellbeing Therapy Dough is available at Nádúr Spa. As it is squished, pinched and squeezed during the treatment, it becomes warmer and the beautiful scent of the oils lavender, black spruce & marjoram are released. The Therapy Dough is designed to assist with moments of agitation, to encourage muscle memory in fingers and hands, and to stimulate the mind with memory recall through scent.
Relaxation Aids: Guests will have exclusive access to The Cedar Suite relaxation room, headphones, and soothing temperature controls that will help create a nurturing environment that fosters relaxation for you.
