The Barróg Rituals by GROUND Wellbeing have been carefully created for those living with cancer and life-after cancer.

Proudly accredited and approved by SATCC (Standards Authority for Touch in Cancer Care) which is the gold standard for oncology touch treatments and a hallmark of approval that therapists and spa guests can trust.

Barróg Rituals by GROUND Wellbeing

Barróg Touch Therapy Massage – 60 minutes – €145

This full body massage was developed to not only bring comfort and relief to compromised skin, but to also support wellbeing and to encourage calm and rest at a time where care & minding is needed most.


Barróg Touch Therapy Ritual – 90 minutes – €185

This treatment combines the 60mins Barróg Full Body Touch Therapy Massage with the addition of one of the following 30mins options;

  • A Calming Scalp Ritual which supports new hair growth helping to nourish the hair follicles. Ideal for those who have lost their hair post cancer treatment and are encouraging regrowth.
  • A Soothing Hand & Foot Ritual assisting in alleviating the discomfort of peripheral neuropathy, poor circulation & hand and foot syndrome.
  • A Lymphatic Support Ritual focusing on supporting the lymphatic system that may have been compromised as a result of cancer treatment, through breathwork, mindful massage & therapeutic techniques.

Sensory Sensitive

Sensory Sensitive Treatment – 45 minutes (15 min consultation incl.)    €79

This is a bespoke massage or facial treatment with the benefits of choosing to add or eliminate some sensory aspects to aid emotional regulation and the feelings of calm and safety. Our skilled therapists are trained in specialised techniques that prioritise sensitivity and comfort, adapting pressure and movements to your preferences. Our aim is to provide adults living with neurological differences a truly safe and calm experience.

Exclusive Features:

Calm Environment: Enjoy a serene space with muted lighting and soft acoustic sounds, eliminating harsh noises and bright lights.

Scented Sense: We offer a selection of gentle, natural scents to choose from, allowing you to select non-scented products that evoke calmness and relaxation without overwhelming your senses.

Gentle Touch: Ground Wellbeing Therapy Dough is available at Nádúr Spa. As it is squished, pinched and squeezed during the treatment, it becomes warmer and the beautiful scent of the oils lavender, black spruce & marjoram are released. The Therapy Dough is designed to assist with moments of agitation, to encourage muscle memory in fingers and hands, and to stimulate the mind with memory recall through scent.

Relaxation Aids: Guests will have exclusive access to The Cedar Suite relaxation room, headphones, and soothing temperature controls that will help create a nurturing environment that fosters relaxation for you.
