How many guests can you accommodate?

Ballygarry Estate Hotel and Spa can host both intimate weddings from 25 guests to large celebrations of up to 350+ guests. We offer flexible room layouts tailored to your guest attending.

How can I arrange a wedding venue viewing at Ballygarry Estate Hotel and Spa?

We recommend to prebook your wedding viewing, this can be arranged with our Wedding Manager by emailing amanda@ballygarry.com or by calling us on 066 7123322

Can Ballygarry Estate Hotel host our ceremony onsite?

Yes — The Lodge is a dedicated ceremony space designed for civil, spiritual, and humanist weddings, allowing Ballygarry Estate Hotel and Spa to be your destination wedding venue.

What is included in Ballygarry wedding packages?

Wedding packages typically include manicured gardens and The Pavilion for your exclusive drinks reception space, complimentary corkage on prosecco for your drinks reception, access to The Estate grounds for the perfect photo backdrop, sumptuous five-course meal tailored to your preference, selection of premium wines, evening buffet, fresh floral  and candelabra centrepieces, personalised menus and dedicated Wedding Manager on the day.

What dining options are available for weddings?

Ballygarry offers customised wedding menus depending on your chosen package using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Couples can work with the culinary team to design a menu that suits their preferences and guest requirements.

Can Ballygarry host small or intimate weddings?

Yes, Ballygarry specialises in boutique weddings for smaller groups, offering private spaces and tailored experiences for couples seeking a more intimate celebration.

Are there options for a day-two celebration or after-party?

Yes, The Pavilion is ideal for relaxed day-two gatherings including a BBQ and music of your choice.

Can I provisionally hold a wedding date?

Yes, after your viewing we can provisionally hold a wedding date for up to 10 days. After the 10 days, if the wedding is not secured by a deposit. The provisional date is released.

How much of a deposit is required to secure the date?

A deposit of €2,000 is required to secure your wedding date. Please note this deposit is non-refundable; however, if your plans change, we will be happy to assist in moving your booking to another available date where possible.

Is the bridal suite included in the wedding package?

Yes the bridal suits is inclusive of your wedding package.

Can we block book rooms for guests?

Twenty rooms are offered at the wedding rate to the wedding couple for the night of the wedding. Any rooms unnamed or not guaranteed will be automatically released back to the hotel.

Do you host more than one wedding onsite in the one day?

No, we have a one wedding a day policy in the hotel and this way we can ensure you and your wedding guests have our full divided attention.

Can we do a wedding tasting prior to our wedding day?

Yes, we welcome each couple to a complimentary wedding menu and wine tasting in Restaurant 58. We require your wedding tasting menu two weeks prior to the wedding tasting date. 

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes there is free ample parking available for you and your guests for your wedding day.

What are your cancellation terms?

If you need to cancel your wedding:

  • Notify the hotel verbally first.
  • Follow up with written confirmation of cancellation from both parties.

What if I need to postpone my wedding?

If you wish to postpone your wedding, we recommend contacting our wedding team as early as possible to discuss any changes, so we can assist you in securing an alternative date if needed.

  • Any change of date is subject to availability.
  • Approval is at the discretion of the hotel.
