This ritual begins with an invigorating full body dry brush, soothing balm application and pressure point massage on the feet. Then while enveloped in the aromas of geranium and jasmine absolute, your therapist will guide you through a gentle face and scalp massage with mindful breath-work to promote a deep sense of restful relaxation.
Honey & Irish Whiskey Salted Body Scrub – 30 minutes €70
A warm sweet honey balm is applied to the body first which melts to form a protective hydrating barrier to the skin. This is followed by Nádúr Spa’s award winning honey and Irish whiskey scrub. A hot shower finishes the treatment presenting the body with exceptionally hydrated skin.
