Job Title: Breakfast/Lunch Chef
Reports To: Head Chef – John O’Sullivan or Sous Chef – Craig Lynch
Scope of Work:
To provide Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa standards of service to all customers in an attentive and courteous manner in accordance with current legislation.
You must remain totally flexible in your position and may be required to carry our other reasonable request made by Management.
