Owen Mac’s bar is open from 10am daily serving morning coffee. The Brasserie is open from 12.30pm offering menus for lunch, afternoon and evening dining.

A baby sitter can be arranged to care for your children. Please give as much advance notice as possible. Payment should be made directly to the babysitter.

There are several banks in the centre of town. Hours of business are Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.00pm. There is an ATM 1 km from the hotel.

Breakfast
A Full Irish and Continental Breakfast is served in Restaurant 58 from 7.30am to 10.00am Monday to Friday, and until 10.30am on Saturday & Sunday mornings. Breakfast can also be delivered to your room from 7.30am to 9.30am, please ensure your breakfast card is hung on your door before 3am. A €5 tray charge per person will apply.

Children
Children are most welcome in Ballygarry Estate, as every effort is made to maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests; we respectfully request that they behave in an appropriate manner. Due to Government legislation, children under the age of 18 years are not permitted in the bar areas of the hotel after 9pm. Your co-operation is most appreciated.

Dry Cleaning & Laundry
The Hotel offers fast and efficient Laundry Service six days a week. Laundry bags and lists are available in your room. Please place the garments in the laundry bags provided. Fill out the laundry list and leave it on your bed. Contact Reception for details of pick-up and delivery times. For same day service laundry must be lest at Reception before 10:00am. We regret to inform guests that there will be no Laundry Services provided on Sunday.
DVDs
A DVD player and a selection of DVDs are available for your use throughout your stay from reception. A refundable deposit is required.
Environmental Policy
Please help to protect our environment by reducing energy and resources. Request to have towels replaced only as necessary. Should you require fresh towels please place used ones in the bath and your accommodation assistant will be happy to replace them for you.

Fitness Suite
The Fitness Suite is located on the ground floor adjacent to the Nádúr Spa and available to all guests free of charge. Open 24 hours, please enquire at reception for the access code. Guests are also asked to sign a safety regulation form prior to entering the fitness suite.
Fire
Please read the fire precautions notice in your bedroom and familiarise yourself with the exit locations. If the bell rings continuously, please follow the fire evacuation route inside the bedroom door. Please remember not to use the lift and to close all doors behind you.

Choose from the traditional, oval, celtic, spa or courtyard garden to enjoy a stroll after dinner or perhaps a pre-dinner drink in season in the courtyard.
Our Estate has connected trails to our neighbouring woods, Ballyseedey, allowing our guests to enjoy a tranquil walk, run or cycle during your stay. Complimentary bikes for guests are available at our hotel reception.

Heating System
Heating is timed in our guestrooms, to suit your personal requirements there is an in-room thermostatic control mounted on your wall. There is a small tent card to explain use of this, should you have difficulty, we would be delighted to show you in person. Please note this is for heating only, not cooling.

A helicopter landing facility is available for hotel residents. Please telephone in advance to receive permission and give prior notice of arrival.

Nádúr Spa
Nádúr, the Irish word for nature, speaks of the unspoiled landscapes that surround the spa, the pure organic ingredients of the spa products and the genuine nature of the spa therapists. Nádúr is a fully dedicated day spa and is about finding a purer you.
