Receptionist

We are now inviting applications for the role of Front Office Receptionist.

The ideal candidate must have a warm & welcoming personality, have excellent communication skills, customer service skills and a high standard of personal presentation.

Scope of Work:

To provide Ballygarry Estate Hotel & Spa standards of service to all customers in an attentive and courteous manner in accordance with current legislation.

 

Main Duties:

  • Check guests in and out of the Ballygarry Estate.
  • To assist guests with any queries they may have.
  • Take reservations accurately.
  • Upsell rooms and facilities to guests.
  • Take phone calls and enquires and assist as far as possible.
  • Take Restaurant reservations.
  • Ensure all menus are typed and printed on time.
  • Deal with cash and lodgements in a trustworthy and competent manner.
  • Assist staff from other departments when necessary.

You must be flexible in your role and be available to work both week days and weekends.

You must be able to multi task and be able to work in a busy environment.

Hotel reception and administration experience are essential for this position.

Expected start date: 21.03.2022
